Quality That Exceeds
As a Company All States Group endeavours to exceed acceptable levels of quality at every stage of the manufacturing and installation processes. We undertake a Management review procedure for the outcome of the Estimation, Design, Layout and Project Management Departments, for the quality of material purchased, for the performance of our Trades People and their support staff and finally for the Quality Checklist Procedure carried out before the Invoicing of all Customer Sales Orders.
Our Manufacturing Facility
Our Manufacturing Facility in Emu Plains NSW is equipped with current technology CNC machinery, Beam/Panel Saws, Point to Point Borer, Flat Bed Router/Nesting machine through to finishing with Veneering, Edge Banding and includes Custom Painting.
The materials we use are sourced from local established Industry Leaders that supply product made from recycled or environmentally sensitive processes such as E0 board which has a low Formaldehyde grade substrate.
Delivered to Specification
Our employees from Engineers to Tradespeople, Cabinet Makers and Shop Fitters work with each Project Manager to ensure that the manufacturing specifications and schedules are adhered to during the life of the Project.
